We are particularly interested in the negotiation factor in real estate transactions. With the current market and large inventory of foreclosure and short sale properties, being skilled negotiators and having a good reputation with the banks is crucial to a positive outcome. The challenge in always thinking one step ahead of our competition in order for OUR clients to win keeps it fun for us.
We find working with first-time buyers to be very rewarding. Helping someone find and then negotiate to purchase their first home is the closest we will ever come to making a dream come true. The feeling of having made a difference is one of the most rewarding aspects of real estate for us.
One of the unexpected benefits of real estate is that I can express my creative side by helping sellers create an environment in their homes that will make it most marketable.
